Over the years Rikki has given his time and experience to young artists including Finn Andrews (The Veils), Gin Wigmore, Ella Yelich-O'Connor, Ainslie Allen, The Checks, Electric Confectionaires and Kimbra.
For three years he worked as a mentor on Work & Income's PACE scheme for artists and musicians, giving practical advice on the upsides and the pitfalls of the entertainment business.
